The following Terms and Conditions (‘Booking Conditions’), the Booking Confirmation, together with the information contained on our website form the basis of your contract with Dubai Dream Tours UK.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these Booking Conditions and agree to them.

Services

3. The description of the Services is as set out in the Website, flyers, brochures or other form of advertisement.

4. In the case of Services and any Goods tailored to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.

5. All Services which appear on the Website are subject to availability.

6. We can make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.

Personal Information

7. We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy.

8. We may contact you by using e-mail or other electronic communication methods with your agreement.

Basis of Sale

9. The first named person on the booking (‘lead booker’) must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of these Booking Conditions by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By making a booking the lead booker confirms that he/she is so authorised and that all party members agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. The lead booker is responsible for making all payments due to us. The lead booker must be at least 18 when the booking is made.

10. The description of the Services and any Goods on our Website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Services or Goods. When a booking and payment has been made, this forms the basis of a contract between you and Dubai Dream Tours UK.

11. The Booking process allows you to check and amend any errors before confirming the booking. It is your responsibility to check that all details of the booking are correct.

12. A contract will be formed for the services or goods booked only when you receive documentation from us confirming the booking (Booking Confirmation) and payment has been received. You must ensure that the Booking Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Booking placed by you. By making a booking you agree to us giving you confirmation of the contract with all information in it (i.e. the Booking Confirmation). You will receive the Booking Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the booking, and before the date of any of the services or goods.

13. Any quotation (as defined below) is valid for a maximum period of 14 days from its date, unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.

14. No variation of the Contract, whether about description of the Services, quote or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into unless the variation is agreed by the Customer and the Supplier in writing.

15. We intend that these Terms and Conditions apply only to a Contract entered into by you as a Consumer. If this is not the case, you must tell us, so that we can provide you with a different contract with terms which are more appropriate for you and which might, in some respects, be better for you, e.g. by giving you rights as a business.

Quotes and Payment

16. The quote (Quotes) for the Services, the price of any Goods (if not included in the Fees) and any additional charges is set out on the Website at the date we accept the Booking or such other price as we may agree in writing. Prices for Services may be calculated on a fixed price.

17. Fees and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Booking.

18. You must pay by bank transfer or by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Booking and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Services.

Amendments, Withdrawal and Cancellation

19. You can withdraw the Booking by telling us before the Contract is made, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.

20. Our amendment, cancellation and refunds policy will vary; the following cancellations and amendments will apply:

  1. Third party and ticketed bookings are non-refundable and changes are not permitted. See ticket T&C
